These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our financial management platform operated by CashFlow Plus ("us", "we", or "our").

CashFlow Plus is a comprehensive financial management platform that provides:

• Financial goal tracking and planning

• Account and transaction monitoring

• Financial reporting and analytics
• Team collaboration features

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Free Trial: 1-year access with 1 primary user and 1 additional team member
• Starter Plan: $5/month with 1 primary user and 2 team members
• Professional Plan: $25/month with 1 primary user and 5 team members
• Enterprise Plan: $40/month with 1 primary user and 10 team members

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal financial activities
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties

Our total liability to you for all damages shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• We may terminate your account for violation of these terms
• Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately
• Your data will be retained for 30 days after termination for recovery purposes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
